Awesome movie, they nailed so many aspects of the Soviet era and how difficult it was to do anything and how everything the Soviet worked completely backwards as the rest the world completely hundred percent nailed it

Very sorry to tackle your comment like this but: What you call an "Exaggeration" is what I call "Creative Liberty".
Look I am very aware that the movie is supposed to depict the events of how Tetris rights were 'exchanged' but a bit of creative liberty has never hurt anyone! There are a lot of enjoyable stuff in the Movie!
If you want realism, I suggest you watch The History of Tetris by Gaming Historian: That person is PHENOMENAL and it is the best documentary about Tetris to date!

@@MALEMization yeah i know, i watched the movie first (really good), that's why after i read few critics to see if those events really happened like that.

so the fact famicon tetris was a mess was on him. As a kid I was so disappointed. the red package you can see in the movie he took to Soviet traumatized many Japanese kids at the time. the decision of how to control pieces was unimaginably awful and inhuman like how come tetris can be this bad. Nintendo shouldn't have allowed in the first place. foreigners never know of famicon tetris because they have better NES counterpart. but here in Japan its total disappointment. I wish Sega has won over the distribution right and hasn't had to throw away their mint condition tetris cartridges, which rumor has it sleeping with fishes on the bottom of Tokyo Bay. maybe my hatred should redirect at Mirrorsoft's incompetence. anyway good movie tho. kudos to the creators.

If this comment actually survives, catch this: if you write a story about a game, write a story about a game. You won’t ever write a good story about Russians, no matter the epoch, because that’s an art that was lost with the soviet era filmmaking, not ever current RF can do this anymore.
If you write an anti soviet propaganda, make It a wee bit less… grey, really painful to watch.
