15:50 I wish someone would really answer the question abt the shedding hair. I swear we have the same texture & hair type. My hair does the same thing too when washing. I feel like it grows but sheds just as much which makes it look the same 👎🏿

You can try prepooing like put on a conditioner when you detangle and for after you can try deep conditioning so it won’t feels so dry
