About 4 years ago, we started our Airbnb hosting journey with ZERO experience. Back then there wasn't a beginners guide to Airbnb, we just had to fumble our way through it and learn from our mistakes. Luckily for you, we're ready to share all of our hosting tips and tricks!

I am a semi retired home stager (14yrs) and my husband is a realtor/carwash owner/deli owner. We are currently setting up our downstairs completely self contained basement bonus room that has a bedroom, bathroom (almost done being remodeled),kitchen, and family room. Outdoors has a pool, a sport court/pickleball court on a half-acre. Since my retirement from staging I still have the itch to design and work on homes. We are going to launch next month and I have been watching you two and I thank you for all the info. It’s so nice that you share this information as there is a lot to it that a lot people don’t think about. Cheers!!

Hey guys, me and my husband just went live on April of this year for our first airbnb property in British Columbia, Canada. It's a small lakeside condo but it has allowed us to learn how to manage a rental property for the first time 4 hours away from where we live. We also have no experience but we're enjoying the ups and downs. We just celebrated becoming superhosts last week and we're so fired up for it! Glad to find your channel! You guys are very relatable! i so can second the feeling of first booking.. I have been a new airbnb hose for six weeks now. Every time i hear that notification from airbnb..i jumped out of my chair.. every time a booking or even an inquiry came through, i was so excited.. my husband told me i need to chill.. haha

Not required in our state for transient stays but our company is affiliated with a licensed broker. I'll have my license this year as well. :)

Is there another one that you like better now or is this still a good option?
