that house floor has a major water intrusion. check the floor tile and you will see a darkening around every seam. probably a broken water pipe under the floor or the water are coming from other sources, such as under the concrete foundation or leak from the drain pipe coming from the roof.

This was a good year for Puerto Rico and 2019 will be better.
