This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

Completely agree! I always get churning in my stomach that won't stop. Definitely going to give 5,4,3,2,1 a try. Was also thinking of when you feel like that deep breathing and positive thoughts!
This is a great idea I'm going to try it today, along with deep breathing can often help me and stop that churning in my stomach!

I listen to the podcasts while doing the housework or cooking dinner. Makes the chores less of a drag.

Mel has clips. They're around 15 or 20 minutes. They're great. I also don't just listen to the full podcast while doing nothing. I like to do chores while I'm listening. They make the chores easier by the way and time flies cuz I'm focused on learning from the good content! 😍
Solution is simple- put the iPods in and listen when you drive..😅

Oh my god .... I'm suffering from anxiety like crazzyyyyy ... I still donno wat to do about it bcoz of the thoughts running in my mind .... Some people confuse anxiety for trauma. I have flashbacks not fears. My therapist did not want to help me treat my trauma because, he felt and said that I got a lot out of it. So sick.
