    This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

      I am sorry about what you have been through. I have been through something similar and was almost depressed, till I contacted a spiritual counsellor who helped me get my ex back and hence my life back.

    Excitement is more of a flutter like butterflies in the stomach, anxiety is more of a churning discomfort imo!

      Completely agree! I always get churning in my stomach that won't stop. Definitely going to give 5,4,3,2,1 a try. Was also thinking of when you feel like that deep breathing and positive thoughts!

    This is a great idea I'm going to try it today, along with deep breathing can often help me and stop that churning in my stomach!

      I listen to the podcasts while doing the housework or cooking dinner. Makes the chores less of a drag.

      Mel has clips. They're around 15 or 20 minutes. They're great. I also don't just listen to the full podcast while doing nothing. I like to do chores while I'm listening. They make the chores easier by the way and time flies cuz I'm focused on learning from the good content! 😍

    Oh my god .... I'm suffering from anxiety like crazzyyyyy ... I still donno wat to do about it bcoz of the thoughts running in my mind .... I hope this podcast helps me grow and change my life and take Control of it... Anyways I love you Mel ... Your sooo beautiful as always ❤❤.... I wish I turn up to be like youuu 😘❤

    Some people confuse anxiety for trauma. I have flashbacks not fears. My therapist did not want to help me treat my trauma because, he felt and said that I got a lot out of it. So sick.

    What do you do when your default reaction has become negativity, you catastrophise future events based on past experiences related to the person involved.

      Can you distance yourself from that person? That's what I've done with toxic people, not easy by any means, but necessary for my mental health.
