if you get it from the atm your more likely to get the new ones but if you use good manners and get on the bank tellers good side then you might get your hands on some coulerer coins, yesterday one of them gave me 3 ten dollar paper notes for the face price!! one of them also offered me a round 50c 99.7% silver for face price aswell.
