I pointed to the sky and waved as I was looking at flightradar app my son showed me and saw it was an emirates plane was going overhead over North Dakota USA. Flight traveling overhead from LAX to Dubai. Thought of you.

Does the airline reward long term employees with preferably scheduling to minimize sleep deprivation? It seems like it is impossible to keep up this type of lifestyle long term. What does the company offer to help employees adapt to schedule changes?

How long is your break on those long flights? Can you actually sleep? And how many in first class? Stay well and stay healthy.
It depends on a lot of factors that happen on the flights. So I cant really say a time. I personally don't sleep on the breaks
