Masha'allah. I love this brother ustad abdulrahmam hassan for the sake of allah, brother you a knowledge brother. One day Im trying you to move out the this western world and move to the land of the Muslim.
Ustadh AbdulRahman has done a hugely magnificent thing by doing this podcast and with his right intention ofcourse, may Allah give him great success in this and reward his efforts Ameen. By the way ill tell you who can be trusted in the Dawah scene straight away lol our brother Imran ibn mansur aka The Dawahman a great honest and a beautiful human being May Allah grant him a high rank in Jannat tul firdous Ameen. Peace👍🏻
Ma sha Allah indeed, Ustadh Abdur-Rahman is knowledgeable and upon the straight path, and calling people to that path with knowledge, which is the Qur'aan, Sunnah and the books of the (Salaf). Thank you for sharing your beautiful knowledge with us. May Allah bless you and your family. Aameen
By the way, I'm from Philly. We have a great salif community here. But, one day inshallah I can sit never your feet and gain knowledge. I need to leave the west to truly live right.
May Allah(swt) make it easier for us to live righteous lives. Maybe we live in these western countries in order to give true dawah and help the children of Adam(as) with the truth?
waw ! i would have to listen to this again and again . So many of my doubts has been adressed at the same time i can not take it all in one sitting . BaarakAllahou fikoum
Great podcast and it was great of you Ustadh to clarify your stance and shed some more light on the Issue of innovation. I particularly liked the example along the lines of - if people were under seige and where surrounded by an enemy, you should make sure the enemy within is dealt with first and foremost. Can I put forward 2 names I would love to see grilled on the hot seat 1. Brother Mufti Muneer 2. Brother Muhammad Hijab InSha'Allah. As Salaamu Alaykum.
@A M well I actually like the people I have mentioned. However there is some controversy concerning them and I think this podcast in particular touches on issues of controversy and doubt. So pardon my humble request but the viewers have been asked to interact and share topics they want to hear discussed 🤷🏾♂️
Bahrain - Replying to me was not necessary. Them uploading this video was not necessary. Us being on CZcams is not necessary. Using shoes to run is not necessary. The point is, it was just a suggestion. The podcast has been promoted with that name so it makes sense to do so, and as the brother mentioned, it'll be much easier to search & find them in the future.
Spubs has been doing it since ages , may Allah preserve you They have been at the forefront of refuting the deviants for that they have been misunderstood as well
Assalamualaikum. There are many contradictions from the Ustaad in this video, with reference to Imam an-Nawawi, and al-Waraqaat. Saying that the book by al-Juwayni can be read by scholars of the Sunnah, and only the explanations of the scholars of Sunnah that are taken, minus the mistakes therein, is a serious contradiction. It's like saying the precedent set by the scholars shouldn't be followed!! Why can't this concept be applied on every book and author? The more books a person, a student of knowledge read, the more he can sieve out right from wrong? Nobody wants to take 'innovated knowledge' - and this isn't from having good thoughts of the truth seeker. There are many cases where the imams of the Sunnah took knowledge from well-known innovators. I wouldn't recommend this of course if possible, but this black and white perspective given by the Ustaad doesn't help the seeker of knowledge. Perhaps the only Qur'an teacher in his area is a clean shaven, faasiq and so on. It shouldn't stop people learning what they can from him.
@Eddie Austin You're putting yourself at risk if you believe everything you read/hear. Surely, this isn't the way of a Taalib-ul-Ilm? There is much to say about not reasoning and questioning everything we come across. You cannot get to the truth if you just stick to scholars who agree with what you first read. We forget that it is Allaah Who guides people - we do not guide ourselves. We only put in the effort. Limiting this effort to just those who agree with us isn't from sincerity for the truth seeker.
@Eddie AustinEveryone reads Riyaad-us-Saliheen. Imam an-Nawawi rahimahullah had 'mistakes' in aqeedah according to the scholars. You can't say people who read the entitity of Riyaad-us-Saliheen are likely to go astray.
Q: Who can you trust in the modern day Dawah scene? A: Not the modern day salafees. Can’t rely on a handful of people who blindly to taqleed of Albani, Uthaymeen, Ibn Taiymiyyah. My deen is too precious for this.
there are nothing like wahabbi bro and if u oppose mohammed ibn abduwahab go read his works then comment u will see how ignorant bcz he called to tawheed and if u oppose tawheed then ur mushrik (polytheist) and the name wahab is name of Allah . bro learn u deen dont confuse by kufr and innovater like sufi, shia ,shaari, mutazillah ,takfir ,kwaarij, deobandi and ikwani they all lost bcz pretending to be interllectuals dont talk of mohammed ibn abdulwahab and u dont know even his biography. may Allah guide u and me to straight path
@@abdallaomar4673 so true I used to always be told not to read Sheikh Muhammad Ibn'Abd Al Wahhabs works but after I read a couple I found nothing wrong. The man was simply emphasising the call to Tawheed which he felt people werent paying enough attention to. I'm not really into the who name calling tbh, I just try to be a Muslim who follows the Quran, the Prophet (saw) and the earlier generations. Salaam Alaykum

These are the kind of discussions that need to be had. Laying everything on the table so people can distinguish right from wrong.

Where did imam al nawawi affirm allah is above his throne??
In his kithab جزع فيه ذكر اعتقاد السلف في الحروف والأصوات. This kithab was written 6 months before he died.

Why is Imam al Nawawis affirmation important when Allah already affirmed it. Surah 20:5:
*"The Most Merciful is above the throne, established."*
