- Don bradman cricket 14, big ant studios' most well received cricket game and cricket 24, big ant's worst received game. It's been 10 long years, with 6 games, but have they improved or is DBC 14 still the best, let's find out.

Honestly DB 14 graphics and lighting still better overall look.
The best cricket game of its time was made by Codemaster Cricket 2010, which looked quite real even at that time.
Tbh it was good but still very glitchy and had many problems
Dude cricket 24 could have been so much better and interesting only if the fielding improved..but with the new update fielding is somewhat better..hope it improves more..
fielding is worse than before.....don't know how they managed to pull that off?
It's amazing how cricket games have evolved. Before DBC we had EA sports cricket and that wasn't all that but it was cricket so we played it. Then big ant tried to reinvent the wheel with cricket 24. A game they copied and pasted everything from cricket 22. I look at some of the so called licensed players from the west indies and ask WTF were they thinking 🤔. Some of these players should sue big ant bcuz some look nothing like how they're portrayed in the game. Boasting about licensed teams don't mean a thing wen the whole game is just trash and belongs in it tbh. The game needs to be pulled from the shelves and give ppl their 💰 back
Cricket 24 is cricket 19 graphics and cricket 22 gameplay even all the critics out there i think cricket 24 is a good game.
I can't think so well 🤔 I have gtx 1660 super on high graphics cricket 24 is looking so blurry also graphics is not looking so good.I think it's in early stage so..hope it will solve in next patch
@yashpawar9967 i play it on my ps5. i think it looks 100 percent better than cricket 22 and cricket 19
But i agree with that they are too many bugs that may require 6to8 patchs to fix the game

@yashpawar9967 That's true before this. i used to own a pc, and pc games are ignored, especially at the launch like last of us Part 1 remake was full of bugs on pc at launch.
i think that one thing that would have improved cricekt 24 SO MUCH was if that they made it so that in career mode if you perform very poorly in international then you get dropped and have to play domestic and then if you perform worse then you drop down to club level, right now you dont get punished for performing poorly
edit: one thing i think is that in the first week of cricket 24 everyone went toooo hard on it, its not bad and the first few patches will hopefully solve everything

I will ALWAYS be hard on any developer when they use their playerbase as beta testers. I am paying top dollar for a finished product. Pure and simple. You dont get to sell a project to me, then wait to see what I complain about before you decide what is the most important thing to fix first. That is EXTREMELY arrogant and has no place in a society that puts a premium on customer satisfaction and ethics.
I totally agree. One of the other most benchmark for dbc14 was how good is to play online with other players. Like in crc 22 and 24 it seems like an android game. All gloss but no substance. we still play tournamnets on dbc14 every month and still feel the same excitement

Codemasters cricket had amazing graphics cant Remember the year but bowl in swingers & out swingers and bat almost like ricky Ponting so realistic

@@CricketWithAController I still play DBC 14 . I couldn't find a reason to move on to cricket 24 . When I saw Big ant studios enter the market , I was impressed with DBC 14 . But they are moving downwards in game enhancement which is kinda disappointing .

DBC 14 HAVE TOO DEPTH GRAPHICS AND VISUAL❤
they are close. make this batting interface. 1. chose direction when as ball leaves ballers hand not before run up. 2. game runs a shot animation and gives user opitimal time to hit (green) if you press late (yellow)low power shot if later (red) edge. that's body as the bat swings through choose (left of ball swinging to leg)leave if straight or away for offside.
example if you choose to hit fine leg. 1. you would press "L"down left. 2. game runs animation and perfect time to hit the ball user press "x" in green.3 as the bat swing through user watches if the ball is going to leg the. press "L" left. for fine leg green would appear later than a straight shot which the shot needs to start earlier.

I know the cricket 24 has many bugs which will be sorted out and there are still many license teams and players yet to come. I think we have to wait for 5 to 6 months to judge this game before criticising even cricket 22 had bugs at the launch but the game is damn good now. So I am hoping cricket 24 will definitely be the best game

I personally really enjoyed bowling on DBC 14, or maybe its because my career player took more wickets than i have been able to do in any other of their games.
If i am not mistaken, you could control the length of the ball depending on on you release point. Release early and the ball would be fuller, release late and it would be shorter (or vice versa,,,, its been ages so dont exactly remember) But i do remember having much finer control on the length of the ball than I have had on Cricket 22.
With cricket 22, my good length balls that get beaten always fly over teh stumps. After touch helps a bit but i just feel there is far less control on length than DBC 14 had.

Bro I saw all your reviews about Cricket games. I already played DBC 14 few years ago and now playing C19. But i can't play C24 because i have a low end pc and i want sticked on one game permanently. Please suggest me or make comparison on DBC14 vs C19 so that i can decide which game i should choose overall gameplay wise.

Verry dissapointing to me because of the hype the game culdv gor with it being the world cup so many of us want to go and just play a game after wev watched the worldcup or rematch it on q console if our country lost , i was looking forward to better fielding better bowling bouncers being more realistic and effective it wasnt even about the graphics for me ... more relisim in terms ouf how ball wear and oitches react this was what i wantes small tweaks , players facing the stumps when throwing for run out not throwing while turned backwards looking like arms are broken , game shuldv been delayed rather
