Definitely the best colorway for the 17's. Next to the college blue 17's. The mid coppers are super clean as well.

Yeah it was tough to let it go the first time around. It took me all this time to reacquire it. Now my wife won't let me see anything haha.
The Jordan 17 especially the college blue and lightning pairs was the fuckin shit when I was in middlec school. Them shits came out when I was in 7th Grade. I was hurt when they sold out, and my parents wouldnt get me them cuz they were too expensive. I think they were $200 or $240 somewhere in that price range. But if u lived in the NY area we had resller spots since the early 2000s and Niketown had a crazy stock so they took forever to sell out. I miss the days where I didnt have to do lines, that shit didnt start happening till 2006.

How does these fit are they true to size ??
I wouldn't say true to size. I would definitely go a half size up for comfort. The 17's tend to run narrow. If you grab pairs with the lace cover, definitely do a full size up.
I remember these felt like ass on the court. Clunky, not responsive, foot slipped A LOT inside the shoe, poor traction. The outsole and mid foot plate made it feel stiff. Not a good shoe for actually playing basketball in.
