After the administrator has pretended to listen to you, possible argued and made comments to help the state win against you he will say you are guilty of offending the state. mate, i challenged an 80 dollar speed camera van ticket, had 4 appearances over 10 months, and the cops failed, dismissed, now just waiting for costs as successful defendant to be awarded, the cops.... not happy, trick is using their rules, which they never follow, while on their court playing their game. as a speeding ticket over here on New Zealand is a schedule 1 criminal offense, and i am presumed innocent, i simply asked the prosecution to satisfy the onus probandi (burden of proof) to the criminal standard of beyond a reasonable doubt, which they failed, had the camera operator on the stand for 3 hours, driving him nuts, no 1st hand witness, no driver identified in photo, no evidence of a temporary 80 k speed zone in affect, DISMISSED, i bet i won't be getting another ticket any time soon from them, if ya see a camera, speed up and cover one's face. every step is on my channel, every appearance is recorded, to be released after 11 April once submission are in for costs. upon pleading, i simply asked to be fully and fairly informed of the nature and cause of action alleged after all how can one make a fully informed, willing and voluntary plead without being informed, they failed. their ignorance was their undoing.

I don't know how you would say it in the UK but in the US, any time a cop uses the "in this day and time line", I tell people to say.... "Oh, I hadn't heard, exactly when did they suspend the constitution" or "implement marshal law". The second one if a fire arm is involved.

You set-out to get a reaction and you got one (not surprisingly). Of course the behaviour is highly suspicious and they're right: in the current climate (despite the weather quip you know exactly what they're referring to) anyone who might be collecting intelligence on Police staff/premises/vehicles should be asked what they're doing.
I thought they were perfectly reasonable in their approach; you didn't have to provide your details when they asked, but most people wouldn't have an issue providing them. I'm only surprised you didn't utter the immortal phrase, "I refuse to create joinder with you".
Gavin H Why are you surprised? Because you think that I’m out to simply get a reaction? On the contrary, I’m only out to show whether people in authority are more prone to abusing it. If I happen to get a few quips in along the way, then all the better, but I’m focusing on a valid point.
You're entitled to focus on a point, which you believe needs making. I'm no fan of authority when it's abusing its power - in fact, I detest that. I only roll my eyes when people set-out to get the reaction they want, creating a situation and then saying, "There! See how they're abusing their position!?". In a non "set-up" scenario I wouldn't have a problem, that's when abuse needs exposing.
Gavin H I’m not sure sure that you could call this one a set up as such. In another of my videos (Police & Security Get it Right), I was outside of another police station and they approached it differently, but I do see your point.
