    About Youngsang Cho
Youngsang Cho is Organic Farmer. Cho learned Natural Farming from his father Hankyu Cho(Korea Natural Farming, KNF) who advocated environmental agriculture since the 1960s. Cho family has been organic farming for the third generation. Cho served in 706 special forces and graduated from Aju University (Bachelor, Chemistry) and Chungnam National Uni (Master, Horticulture). Cho has entered the Ph.D. course from the Department of Agricultural Biology at Chonbuk National University. Cho started organic agriculture in 1989. Through decades of practice and research, he created a new Ultra-Low-Cost organic agriculture system based on his father's farming and Asian traditional farming. He founded “JADAM” in 1991. Back in the 70's I used to get a magazine called Organic Gardening. I expect it is still on the market. But they had articles on how to use plants that did not have pest/diseases. They instructed to take pieces of the plant and put them in the blender with water, and strain the liquid. They said to dilute it out further with more water, perhaps 1 part plant to 5 parts water or even more. Measurements escape me now. But they said to spray or sprinkle this solution onto your plants. Some plants I remember are marigold, onions, garlic, mint, oregano, chili peppers and others. I have noticed that most of the weeds in my yard are pest free. I also have a Norfolk Pine that might be good for this. I remember one formula that I tried. It was with Ivory soap mixed with garlic. Let me tell you, it smelled SO bad I don't think my neighbors ate anything for a week. If I did that again, I would definitely do it in separate applications. Using nature to fight predators is very effective.

After I have a handle on this, I will try adding JS as I understand JS is more for treating infections and plant disease rather than pests. Right now I have huge pest issue and not as much disease issue.
