Ingredients:
Recipe Makes 8-10 Chatpata Alu Naan
Instant Naan Dough -
1 cup - Maida
1 tsp - Salt
1 tsp - Sugar
¼ tsp - Baking powder
⅛ tsp - Baking soda
½ cup - Dahi (to knead dough, more or less)
1 tsp - Oil
Dry Flour - as required to roll naans
Tikki -
Oil - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Peas - ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Rice flour - ¼ cup
Green Chutney - 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Amchoor - 1 tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Potato - 5 (boiled & mashed)
For Batter - Maida - 6 tbsp
Corn Starch - 6 tbsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Water - to make a batter
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Oil - to shallow fry tikkis
For the Sauce - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 pinch red food color
To assemble & serve:
2 Onions - chopped
Butter - to grill

Yaman Sir I am a teenager girl and I tried your Pan Garlic Bread Recipe. It was awesome. Everyone loved it. I actually had to go once again to the store to buy butter and make some more garlic breads 😂 bcoz my mom and dad loved it a lot. So I made it twice. And it came out delicious.
