I wouldn't even bother quoting what this house would go for in newyork not to mention square footage and build quality that you certainly wouldn't find or get in the city part for this price. This is an absolute clean steal where I am from here in New York for a home of this magnitude. Simply awesome!

Another beautiful home...I love love the walk-in from garage to laundry room option in many of these, but not a fan of my master bedroom being so close to the kitchen. I worry about the lack of privacy and having a room or clothes that may always smell of food. Love love your vids though!

The house is nice, but we need women designing these homes. Only men would design a home where the media and game room is bigger than your master bedroom.
Families spend more time in their bedrooms, living, and kitchen areas.
The space in this home is not properly utilized because your master bedroom for $525K should have a sitting area and no shower curtains, but rather glass doors.

The house is gorgeous, but they did a piss poor job on staging!
This house would not be for me....this price point should at least have double ovens in the kitchen, 3 car garage, sequestered master bedroom with sitting area, etc...
