So many design esthetics that I like and would require a builder to reference and apply to my house when we find the land and appropriate builder. I like a black and white kitchen. I like the small floating minimal wash basins (if they are going to be out in the open). 40,000 ksh is equivalent to $400 Canadian which I think most diasporas in Canada would appreciate.
