I normally make egg parathas this way. In my egg mixture, I had 6 eggs with 3 Tablespoons milk. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1/4 teaspoon ground zeera. Take a small onion and slice thin. In a frying pan sauté the chopped onion and green pepper until slightly brown. Now add to the egg mixture and whisk together. Please follow Kabita’s recipe from that point.
