西蘭花切薄入味好吃。以前在国大参加健康營，有一大圖片国大学生展览的，他說圖書館-書写西红柿煮有毒，我生机飲食老师是小番茄做碎放生抽菜煮好才放。菜蒸好入盤才放好油，把油放蒸鍋沒时间诜大蒸鍋。🎉
