I was born there too because my family have lived in Williamstown for 3 generations, even though my parents weren't born there and I didn't grow up there, still has special meaning to me. I bumped my head on one of the cannons at the water's edge near the war ships, had to get my head glued lol, so went for a trip back to that hospital. This bulldogs Finals one was amazing, I'm a Pies fan, but my dad and 2 brothers (plus a lot of family) are all dogs, so it was great seeing them so happy winning this premiership.
Same for me last year when I went to watch Sydney vs Collingwood at the S.C.G. I felt at home even though I was 800+ kms away. Unfortunately we lost, but was still a great experience.
This match still has to be one of the greatest matches I have ever seen.
