Using ultralight KastKing Setups, 4 lb line, and earthworms, we are sight fishing in water that has around 15 feet of visibility! This is some of the clearest water I have ever fished!

Bluegills and Crappie are my favorite types of fishing! When I lived in Atlanta I caught Crappies there that boggled the mind. I never knew that they could grow so large.
They all get bigger in the southern areas of the country. I thought Missouri was lovely while growing up, but gosh these videos from the South are making me reconsider and wanna move.

Spent many, many years fishing for Blue Gill and SUN FISH in Ohio. A 10 incher hear was a FISH OHIO FISH. nice catch. Those were MONSTERS just enjoyed watching you catch them.
Love your channel. I wish I could get back out there again fishing but diabetes and nephropathy has limited my walking and just standing without falling is a problem. It's in my hands and I can hardly tie a knot. I can only fish from the dock with my wheel chair or scooter for the small ones but fun anyway. The last big fish I caught was over two years ago was a 30lb flathead that through me in the water, lol.

Caught my first bass in my canal🌵spillway , by switching up from my usual catfish/carp setup.
Pretty stoked. 3 mins from the house. Can’t beat it. I keep learning my spots.
Birdseed chum caught me 8,10,12, 18 lbs carp within an hour, a few minutes away, also, on a spot I’ve cultivated for a year, just learning it…
Also, hair rig and strawberry boilie helped, but, I digress.
Anyways, keep on keepin on.

I believe I’d have to keep a few of them to eat, just 4 or 5 or something, just enough for a mess but then throw all the rest back. Those real huge ones I’d throw back, the others a little smaller is what I’d keep. I’ve heard about that lake some years ago, all the way over here in Ky, I think it was a fellar I knew that went there and caught some huge Shellcrackers and some other type of sunfish too, I believe, don’t remember what the others was.
