- Check out our 3-day trip to Padre Island National Seashore. Truck camping, fishing on the beach, great food and more. We set up our camp by beaching "Black Betty" at MP 20.5, up against the dunes. No internet? No problem.

gotta walk out to the first sand bar and then chunk it out into the trough between the first and second sandbar. should have better access to larger feeders. cut bait (mullet) works well, very greasy! God bless!

Driving further south, should have taken you to area if Little & Big Shell ,on beach; good fishing, or use to be. From that area of Texss, but been long time,since on beach. Cross the island, lays Laguna Madre bay & channel. Excellent red & trout fishing. BIL ,used to have a bay cabin on Laguna Madre we fished at . Like your setup, seems simple but efficient. I sub'd & will check out more @ videos. Wind can be a issue

Yeah, turns out you need the roaming plan. Something to do with satellite assignment. I got the plan but yet to try it.
Balmorhea state park and swimming in the pool. Check it out. Davis Mountain state park Indian Lodge the old part check it out. Mc Donald Observatory check out the star parties. You drove past the best thing west Texas has to offer. In Balmorhea check out el oso flojo lodge.

May i ask whats the location to the entrance of padre island you enteed thru .
Hey thanks for watching. The only entrance I'm aware of is through Corpus Cristy
The road ends at the park. One way in, one way out.
