His contract is Glo 2.0 - they can get out of it after 2 years, his aav is not 10/per they can get out of it after 8 per 2 yr. Its back loaded. Runyan is an upgrade, period. So is Eluemunor.
What do you mean he doesn't jump out at you. Dude looks like a younger version of Chris Snee. Great footwork, doesn't allow a lot of sacks. Light on his feet. Dude looks good.
Nice, thorough analysis. The addition of experienced linemen such as Runyan and Eluenenor should stablize the O-Line and benefit the development of JMS and, hopefully, Evan Neal. The addition of Devin Singletary & development of Eric Gray suggests that RBs will be running North-South between the tackles. Interested to know your thoughts about switching Eluenenor to RT and Neal to RG if the latter continues to underperform at RT. What are your thoughts about adding Olu Fashanu to the mix via draft?
Runyan Jr sounds like a solid, affordable, addition to the OLine. I wonder, if & when, how he’ll fare with Evan Neal at RT. I appreciate your deep knowledge level of the nuts & bolts of football; it’s fun to watch, learn and enjoy the sport as a fan. I imagine this kind of game film analysis is the vocabulary of both coach and player.
Nick, runyon is a backup, not a starter. Can we stop celebrating this. Bredeson is just as good, and probably cheaper. There's a reason why he got benched ona middling team.

Fixing the Giants O-line is harder than mining spice on Arrakis.
But, He who controls the spice controls the universe. LFG!!!!
Lets go NICK! I live for the solo nick podcasts
I saw the Singletary move coming down 6th Ave!

It would be nice if you would use an arrow or a circle so I know which player I'm looking at on those plays
He’s the opposite of Glowinski who struggled in pass pro but good run blocker. Runyan is a good pass pro struggles bit in run blocking
Put Runyan at LG and he’ll be a top 15 Guard next year
you want Hunt ? he costs $20M yr. For $10M yr, you get Runyan ! For $5M yr you get Glowinski ! You get what you pay for .
Wherein the worldis in the video??
