No you will be allowed to, first at the Ghana 🇬🇭 border you will be checked by your passport or Ghana card and when done you will pay for the paper works on the vehicle so they will do it.
When done you will enter to the Ivory Coast part and they will also check the card or passport and stamp it same as the Ghana border. You will then proceed with the vehicle for all verifications and documentation to be done
