Oh mama! Yes. I had a tiny preemie and he came home at just under 5lbs! He had been bottle feeding in the NICU and we tried nursing as well! We did all nursing for almost a week, and he was fussy and losing weight. So, we went back to bottle feeding. Luckily, I was over producing (which does have its own set of challenges) and pumping for almost 45 mins every 2-3 hours was a struggle. We had a stash of milk for TWO MONTHS after I stopped pumping. I just lost my routine after baby came home and my supply dwindled out. That’s okay though. He got what he needed for 4 months and I am very proud of that. You’re doing a great job mama! Fed is best!

I love. Love love love love that pitcher!!!!! Not having to mix formula every time I need to make a bottle is amazing!!!! And i love the Dr.Brown bottle warmer!!! It remembers the time I used last, since I always make 4oz bottles, it is sooo helpful and I just stick the bottle in there, I change my baby girl and bottle is ready!!!

Let say you did make that whole batch of milk right. Can you pour it as how many ever oz you need ? For example, we made that pitch for 4oz for each bottle, but if I needed an additional 2oz could I use that same pitch to pour my 2oz?

The pitcher is my saving grace at night. Just pour warm and feed no measuring and shaking the bottles hoping you get all the lumps out

Hi, loved the video! I thought after my first son (7years ago) thought this time around I would have no problems breastfeeding! Lol well that didn’t happen. I was strictly pumping and bottle feeding as my baby wouldn’t latch on. Then when he was two weeks I returned back to work and with stress I lost my supply so I supplemented with formula. I seen the pitcher and seen your review but curious and wanted to ask you a question. You mentioned you make the pitcher once a day, now are you giving your baby cold formula? Or do you warm it up? Sorry if that’s a silly question I’m just new to the formula feeding world and have so many questions lol thanks in advance

I was thinking about buying the doctor Browns picture was wondering how long can I keep the formula in the refrigerator I think the recommended amount is 24 hours long so I don't know if I want to mix a large picture of formula. my boys are one month old and only drinking 4 ounces. How do you make in a day.

Wait a minute, I thought formula only have a 1 hour shelf life once you make it, how are people storing it in a pitcher in the refrigerator for all day use? Can someone clarify?

    • @PrettyinPinkMama1

Al Ling hi! You’re right. On the shelf it’s only an hour. Gerber Good Start Soothe... manufacturer guidelines allow up to 24 hours max in the fridge if needed. Thanks for watching!

My 1st I nursed for 2 yrs 8mo, twins I nursed exclusively for 2 months & the suplimented until 10mo then just bottle, Maxwell nursed 3 years 3 months through pregnancy with Soren & after Soren quit breast feeding at 9 mo. Damien & Maxwell NEVER ONCE had formula. I was exhausted nursing the twins but it was sooooo worth it. Soren liked both but now prefers baba vs boobie. :-)
