Bahubali actually means a person who is physically very strong. Bahu means arm and Bal means strength . In India there was a king who's name was bahubali but this movie is completely based on a fictional story .

Yes, emotions are missing from Hollywood movies. Everything is in CGI and VFX. Indian movies are over the top, be it action and comedy. But there are emotions behind it. That's why it appeals to everyone.
Just watched Minal Murali, and I agree. There is action and special fx, but the story and the relationships between the characters are what fuels everything.

Bahubali franchise is the game changer for Indian cinema.it is the highest grossing movie in India actually in India there are mainly 5 languages spoken most by Indians- Hindi Tamil,telugu, Kannada,malyalam.
Elephants are considered as holy animals in India . In India we worship animals , rivers , mountains ,trees . We worship mother nature and these things are a part of mother nature

Here are 2 movie names which serve as excellent precursors of the development and rise of SS Rajamouli into the blockbuster director he has become today. The 1st one is the Telugu movie "Eega" (2012) and the other one is "Magadheera" (2007). Watch and give your reaction on these two movie trailers please..(if possible watch the trailers with English subtitles for these 2 movies so that you also get the context of the stories)... đ

Actually the vfx and cgi of the 1st part is better than that of the 2nd part because a lot of second part was shot along with 1st part ,only the remaining scenes of the second part which were left after the release of 1st part,were Crisp in look
The 1st part has all scenes with Good and above average CGI and vfx
The 2nd part has some scenes which are really High on cgi and visually very impressive, but some scenes are really gross and look underwhelming and unpolished
But anyway the story is enough for you to add it to the watchlist and 1st part HAS TO BE watched before the second otherwise no FUN
And also RRR,Adipurush,Ponniyan Selvan,Brahmastra have bigger budgets than both the Bahubalis combined and they will be good visually

Bahubali director dream and his final movie to film mahabharata an ancient indian epic. U can't make movie in 1part it needs at least 5-6parts. Especially the great battle kurukshetra and padmavyuham battle great sacrifice abhimanya. It needs lot and lot budget to make a movie. Rajamouli said ram charan, ntr and prabhas. Prabhas got karna role

India is a very emotional country. Hollywood made films for the world but Indian cinema makes movies for India. Hollywood fictionalise complex things but Indian cinema fictionalise action.....Hollywood focused on WHAT HAPPENED and Indian cinema focused on how happened...

How much are ticket prices in India. Also, interesting on Indian films tend to be longer running times. In U.S., studios like to keep most movies under two hours so they can get more showtimes in per day.

With these dubbed versions most of the times you cannot really feel that(actors expressions wouldnt be matching with intensity in their voice)
