Mario is set to appear in the 2023 computer-animated adventure film from Universal Pictures, Illumination Entertainment and Nintendo based of on and inspired by the Mario video game franchise entitled The Super Mario Bros. I love how in every game of the "Star/Shine" Mario games, they give you a companion to help you out. In 64 it was the cameraman Lakitu, in Sunshine it was F.L.U.D.D., in Galaxy it was Luna, in Odyssey it was Cappy, and in Bowser's Fury it was Bowser Jr.
