So Robin and Humphrey are the first two ghosts out of the ones we know now, so for about 100 years Larry was just talking to himself and I think that’s very funny.
This has made my day, this is officially my favourite thing 😂
Think that the Plague Pit ghosts were in between, but considering how insular they are, yeah.
(My headcanon is that Nigel is the only one of the Plague ghosts that really chats with outsiders willingly, so we have 3 Larrys talking!)

I don’t know if canonically Sophie & he had any children.
It didn’t seem (to me) as if they did in his spotlight episode, because he wasn’t worried about their safety?
However, I suppose they could’ve been grown, married, & thus considered less endangered (by him) due to literal distance.
ETA: Robin did say they were all descendants of him & his sister, but Allison herself wasn’t directly related to Lady Heather Button, so probably not. Though I fully admit that Humphrey & Allison share a snarky/patient gene 🧬
