If you're making your yellow cross, and 1 or 3 of the edges are facing up, then you'll have to disassemble and reassemble your cube as solved. This is because your cube cannot have an odd number of edges flipped.
If you're alligning your yellow cross, but you can only align one cross piece at a time, you have to disassemble and reassemble your cube as solved.
If you're seeing how many yellow corners are in the right spot and there are 2, you'll have to disassemble and reassemble your cube as solved.
If you're on the last step, and your cube gets all messed up, one of three things is happening.
1- You're not finishing the 4 moves. Make sure that you are always finishing the four moves.
2- You're rotating the whole cube. Make sure that you are just turning the bottom layer instead of rotating the cube.
3- Your cube is unsolvable. If you've done everything correctly and it still doesn't work, you'll have to manually twist the corners, as your cube is unsolvable.
