The way she was throwing those pictures at Byrd was annoying. Done with unconscionable entitlement.
I was thinking that too
Wow the defendant completely flipped JJ, rightfully so. Bravo sir bravo.
He had all his 🦆🪿🦆🪿s in a row
@GenesisOne-nb4hww😢
Yeah, I wouldn't expect a fence like that to secure a great Dane even if the horses had never eaten the grass. She got lucky the dogs never tried to dig out before.
She also said she has more than one dog.
If it was just her dogs I would agree, but for the fact that his horses had something to do with it, he should’ve atleast paid half.

They were just being horses....

@@jimh4167 bruh you spitting lies.

Yes this
Her dog is clearly trying to get to the horses , that's why that fence in particular is damaged. She's too blind to see how her dog is entertained by the horses
the great dane just wants to be with his own kind
I'm sure the dog did it not a 2 ton horse. But sure. I'll go with it
The minute the plaintiff acted like a Karen before showing Judge Judy the pictures, I knew she was gonna lose.
Having bad neighbors can ruin your life. Ugh.
When I saw this I thought there was going to be a legitimate wood fence, not some cheapo wire fence
That's horse fencing. It's expensive and is actually better, IMO, than a wooden fence.
I could not tell you how many fence posts and boards I've replaced on a wooden fence both on the horse farm where I used to work and on the farm where I have my horses. I saw one horse get down on it's knees and almost knock the wooden fence over trying to get to the grass on the other side.
Also, the staples are on her side. If the horses were pushing against the fence, they could have popped the staples out.
@@dizzysdoings huh. Learn something new everyday
@@RJWaynerium if you have animals, it's a matter of figuring out what works best for your animals.
Truthfully, if my horses were in a field right next to a large dog, I'd be putting electric fencing up to keep the horses away from the fence as well as to keep the dogs from coming under the fence.
I have cheaper wire fencing with a strand of electric at the top. I know my horses are good with it. But since they also like to scratch on the fence in places, I put an additional strand of electric in those spots. And I put up some of the wire fencing that's only for them to scratch on.

"Pushing....pushing...pushing..." 🤣 annoying.

Defendant played the Reverse Uno card, good job sir. It is very clear from the photos that the dog is pushing into the fence, the horses may have weakened the ground but they sure didn't pull the fence onto their side.
The defendant was like "Sike, you're it"🤣🤣🤣. He stood their quietly waiting for his moment. She was too mad🤣🤣🤣🤣
Defendant did a great job!
before she criticizes the horse owners how they treat their animals, she shouldn't have just one horse. They don't do well alone for they are herd animals and need companionship.
I felt when she was giving the pictures it was kinda rude the way she was just tossing them to Byrd and going horse is pushing pushing more damge in an annoying tone
Yes! That is a pet peeve of mine when people do that to cashiers smh
100% I saw that too... very rude to Byrd... just because of that she absolutely deserves to lose (which she did luckily)
@mitchryan,I noticed that too!
I don't think so, you're way to sensative about nothing.
@benzamg32m68 I'm actually not but she definitely had an attitude based on her losing at this point
I completely agree with Judge Judy.
@noname-4u Read it again. This time, in Sam Elliott's voice.
Why? She was totally wrong.
I had a smidgen of sympathy for her until she snarked about her 1 properly taken care of horse followed by the tossing of photographs with "pushing, pushing, pushing" ... then she just morphed into a stereotypical Karen.

I liked this case and judgment. Great Danes are big and can also cause lots of property damage. Lots of good clear pictures

The dog it's a few hundred pounds
A house is 2 tons.
Use your brain. Not your feeling 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
"fence" is giving it too much credit
Flimsiest fence you can get. It might keep chickens in your yard, but any animal weighing a few pounds can push or dig under that fence.
That looks to be no climb horse fencing.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Nothing like the plaintiff who does not bring in her proof of the damage, before and after pictures would have helped to compare for the damages.
That one picture would have killed her lawsuit. It's clear the dogs pushed the fence
@@mariehampton740hmmm idk about that

Amazing what happens when you have no wrong doing, dont try to embellish anything, and just answer JJs questions as she asks them.
Lol. This lady wanted thatbfuy to bankroll her a new fence when they didn't even put a lower barrier on the fence to stop dogs from pushing through
-xD- !
Great Danes ARE horses 😆
Haha love it when they try to use evidence that show they are at fault 🤣🤣
GOOD CALL JJ!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
What a Karen. To sue someone over a cheap fence like that
Good fences make good neighbors.
100% correct. Good fences and good border walls for nations too.
You would think that, but when we bought our house and carried off a rusted beaten up fence lying on the ground to put up a brand new one to keep our large dogs home all heck broke loose. We figured out the reason the old fence was on the ground was from being pulled down and climbed. The lots were several acres and they wanted a walk through. Too lazy to go around. So fences work except when the neighbors want your land.
That horse lady is a stable genius.
They both could've done better. Those horses don't appear to have adequate grazing. Hay is ok, but they prefer and are made to graze. They're absolutely going to go for that green. But, her large dogs also contributed to the damaged fence. It's unfortunate they didn't come together for a joint solution prior to this tat they both would have to invest in 🤔
Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.
its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldn't just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counsellor who helped me bring her back..
Amazing, how did you get a spiritual counsellor, and how do i reach her?
Her name is *Shelly renee white* , and she is a great spiritual counsellor who can bring back your ex..
Thank you for this valuable information, i just looked her up now online. impressive.

The neighbour did come across as quite sour and was simply trying to get a new fence she doesn't have to pay for.
Great observation
I would never depend on another person's fence for horses.
She didn't put in adequate fence
this seems to be a 50/50 issue here. the horses are causing a problem and the dogs are worsening it
I've had horses all my life. I have had some that will walk on the bottom of a fence in an attempt to reach the horses on the other side. and it will roll up like that.
BYRD's face when picking up the photos
Congrats on almost hitting 1M subs, Judge Judy! 🎉
Thanks, she needs the money.
Both of these neighbours are at fault. They should build a better fence together. He could at least run electric fencing on the inside of his paddock to keep the horses from pushing through it.
Not even an electric fence, a simple inner rope line about 4ft off the ground 3 ft away from the existing fence would work just fine to keep the horses back.
There was no evidence that his renter's horses ever pushed through onto her property. She's complaining that her dogs got onto his property and is wanting him to take action to keep her dogs on her property. He has every right to have horses grazing up to the very edge of his property line. This woman is a know-it-all with her comments on being a horse expert and completely oblivious to her own responsibilities.
@@newsflash7609 even JJ agreed she saw the horses eating up against the fence. We grew up with horses and they will reach/push through to even get a few bites when there is no more grass in their pen. It's just what horses do, just like dogs will dig under a fence. The solution is for both neighbours to work together on improving the fence.
@@lukerinderknecht2982yet she had no pictures of the fence pushed through to her side. Also it’s her fence she should get a better one
Looking at it on streetview, in 2022, doesn't look like any new fencing was added.
her dog dug under the fence
the king of Denmark is, by definition, a "Great Dane".
If you aren't prepared to do the extra work that large animals require, don't get large animals. That means horses, and great danes.
Horses can pull a fence towards them to try and access grass.
I have horses, they push on the fence
Pulling brings them farther away from desired grass
Seriously that lady has nothing better to do with her time? Pathetic
Run a Weed Chopper fencer inside his property along the top of the fence. Run an additional wire inside her property about 6” above the ground. I guarantee the horses won’t touch that fence more than once. Neither will Marmaduke.
Fun fact about animals: They always try to get to the other side for no other reason than they’re curious.
I thank god every day that I don’t live next to a Karen

I found where these properties are, in Covington, Ga, and it looks like he has a wood fence around what I assume is his property (It has multiple horses on it) and it looks like the same wire fence in the rear, where her property is. 01:40 "One horse does not an expert make." But one frivolous complaint doth make a Karen.
The plaintiff did NOT build a good enough fence. That’s negligence on her part, therefore, the defendant is not responsible for what happened. Judge Judy got it right, and destroyed an entitled karen.
She's clearly NOT a friendly neighbor.. and tried to be a expert on feeding horses because she's got one.. good rulling JJ.
It's cases like this that make me glad I'm just an apartment renter and not a Home Owner!
Home Ownership seems like a nightmare dealing with neighbours and huge backyards that need to be constantly maintained.
ANOTHER SCAMMER GOT COUGHT LOL
Surely they should both have a fence?
Hold up! this lady chucked the photographs at Byrd, so rude! 😡
Um - I'm not a horse scientist, but I found Judge Judy's remark that "one horse does not an expert make" to be unfounded. How does she know that the experience with one horse does not exceed that of others? How does she know the plaintiff does not have years of experience prior to this one horse? Honestly.
Because she said one horse. If she had years of experience with horses she would have said so to bolster herself. That’s what people do in court. Judge Judy knows how people behave in court because it’s her profession, as do I. If this woman had more experience with horses, she would have said so.
Exactly
I still can't believe it's not butter!
Lol. These Karens stay taking L's. 😂
Her comment at 1:30 was enough to make me hope that she would lose !
"thats what horses do " LMAO !
The plaintiff stole Eddie Murphy's jacket from the Delirious tour
JJ could have ruled for them both to share the cost of a new fence. So the defendant should pay her half the cost as they did half the damage
she should have pix of the other 3 sides of the fence that were put up at the same time.
Push it back down? Easy fix
One statement from the defendant to throw out the case.
The horses have no food!
I have to get my dose of JJ today!
Poor horses apparently live on dirt, and the only tasty grass to eat is on the plaintiff's property.
I wouldn’t trust this type of fence to keep my dogs in. She needs a better fence.
Sharp , awesome case
Couldn't she have handed Byrd the pictures? 🙄
He looks so sweet
Well, I also get what she is saying. Alternating grazing fields would've prevented this, but can't make your neighbors be courteous.
This lady is a nightmare neighbor.
Why?
Bye, Felecia. You and your Great Dane. Sidenote: I like the red jacket.
Plaintiff kept a dog and barked herself hoarse to JJ, who can spot horse sh*t when see hears it
JJ is wrong here. The guy should have provided a sub fence, three feet in, for his horse to graze in.
Incorrect. Legally, he has no obligation to do so. If the horses cause erosion on his property, that is his business. The dog was trying to dig under to get at the horses and damaged its owners fence. That’s the dog’s owner’s problem.
why she build a subpar fence to hold in a great dane a year before he even bought his property or was he there a year before her i cant remember lol i was sure she was there a year before but now im not remembering it all lol
I don't understand why he is not responsible for half the fence...if she removers HER fence then his horses will wonder freely so he will need to put a fence that contains his horses...both of then should be responsible for the middle fence
Its her fence so she needs to maintain it. In neighbor fence situations one neighbor always owns fence and its on owners property. If its damaged owner needs to fix it. If the neighbor takes it down and he wants a fence then he is free to put a fence on his property. He would then own that fence that he paid for and have to maintain it on his own. Do you expect your neighbors to maintain your car? No bc it's your car, you wanted it and you bought it. Its yours.
Also a neighbor want an entirely different style, color, height, and length of fence. Why would they pay for any part of something that would never buy and dont like. Every property owner knows which fences they own and which ones the neighbors own
One more fence tip if you've never owned property. Its customery for owner of a wooden stockade fence to face rails inward toward their own yard, which leaves nicer rail-free side showing for their neighbors. Personally i like the rails, especially rustic rails
@@SoulDelSol it depends on the relationship between the neighbors i think...see we have great neighbors we had a windstorm one and it knocked down our neighbor's privacy fence well half of it we still offered to pay for half of it to be replaced because we enjoyed the privacy fence too and they are great people and great neighbors. it was on their property line, but our line is close to theirs, but we wanted to help them out. and we love them lol but if they were buttholes i dont think we would have been so inclined to help them. so yeah its about the relationship
All she had to do was electrify the fence
That is an expensive option.
And all he had to do, was be respectful to her property.
Electric fences isn't expensive
She should have to pay for bringing a frivolous law suit....
If the fence is bowed out...
Damage came from your side
The lady has dogs pushing on the fence!!
In day and age where everyone takes photographs all the time... to think that she took no photographs of a fence upon completion is ridiculous. That is literally the first thing people do... "look at what I did, I am awesome... all the people on facetube worship me" obligatory post that comes with the photos.
She's of a different generation. Looks like she used a camera with film and had it developed lol
These people haven’t heard of the shock wires??? Put it doesn’t low for the dogs.
If the fence was only damaged on the side where the horses are, then the horses damaged the fence.
Poor horses getting blamed darnt
0:20 What a pile of crap. If she can prove her case she is suing the wrong party. 1:08 Scratch that she has no case. Horses are not so incredibly stupid as to continually crash into a fence to bubble it, unless they have been munching on Locoweed. I worked as a wrangler herding cattle in the forest high country as a kid. They don't do that, they will graze all the grass all along the fence bottom, and even reach in between wires (if wide enough) with their muzzle to get at longer grasses on the other side. But they don't bubble in fences, their muzzles are soft and sensitive, their whiskers are even sensitive like a cats . She is full of it.
OUCH
Actually, horses do tend to pull on fences, especially if there is grass close to them. They also use them to scratch their bodies against them. I have grown around horses all of my life, and I have seen when they do it. If that is the only place or spot (which I believe so, because the plaintiff said so and the defendant didn't seem to object to that statement), I can guarantee that the horses pulled on it. Do I believe that the dogs tried to go under it? Yes, I do, but that fence was loosened up because of the horses pulling on it. What she should have done was put a camara pointing in that direction and she would have solid evidence on what she was saying.
you can't guarantee that lol unless you were there and seen it lol if a horse was doing that don't you think should would have had pictures of them doing it, she was determined to prove the horses damaged her fence, she would and probably did have a camera next to her door or window to get picture evidence lol you know by her attitude she is one of "those" neighbors lol
@@jeaniebee3657 well she might be a "Karen" but it doesn't mean she's a lier. Like I said horses do pull on fences.
They say animal owners come to look like their pets. She owns dogs. 🤣
Only way horses could pull a fence, like that, is if they caught their shoes on it (very dangerous to have that type of fencing with shod horses) and I imagine the horses' owner knows that. The dogs pulled the fence up just, as the defendant said; probably lots of dog hair clumped on the fence to prove it also.
The horses did help the dogs escape, but dogs can easily dig out of a weakened fence without the horses' help. Tight fences make good neighbors. Your fence; your problem! I once had goat kids killed, because coyotes dug under a weak spot in my fence. Animals are either predator or prey. The prey count on you to protect them, especially if the predators live at, or near, your farm too.
Plaintiff would be paying vet bills for those horses if her dogs decided to remember their predator instincts. In many states the horse, or property, owners can legally shoot an intruding dog & charge the dog owner with a crime, plus damages to livestock. Plaintiff needs to shut up & learn to live in the country or go back to the city. If you love your animals protect them & don't expect me to love your dog more than you do. I love mine & will protect them!
She looks a teeny bit like Lady Tremaine.
This woman's voice was so annoying that I knew she was a trouble maker. Then the tossed photos with the commentary, "Pushing. Pushing. Pushing" sealed it for me.
Similar to fence post staples, you drive a u-shaped stake thru the lowest wire of the fence into the ground, tightening the weakened fence. Could also be coyotes, other dogs going under the fence. Great Danes are like bulldozers. Judge is correct, horses don’t pull fencing towards them.
I have horses too. Petty complaint.
I don't think Judge Judy understood the situation. If I were the plaintiff: First, I would build an interior fenced area for my dogs. Next, I would pull down part of the exterior fencing, and just wait for the horses to trespass. Then, I have options.
SALTY!
our cows and goats have stepped on their side of the fence so much that it curls up like that on their side not the outside so its quite possible the dogs did not push the fence
except he doesn't/didnt have cows and goats lol and she was claiming it was the horses and she even said her dogs were digging, probably to get to the horses. she even said they were on his side of the fence. what if one of the dogs got kicked by a horse or one of the dogs killed or harmed one of the horses? and she build the fence a year before he bought the property to keep her dogs in...so she built the crappy fence lol to keep i her atleast one great dane ignorance is the issue on her part. what if he had grass there and her horse pushed in the fence? she would have found something else to complain about lol she is just "that neighbor" lol
