I got him but if it wasn't for the 1000 days rewards I wouldn't have gotten him. Spent 1350 crystals and the majority of them were 11x4 stars. Rates are abysmally low.

I know it's superstious but my go to is doing all the daily summons and the alchemy summon if I have any lol but I've gotten some godly roles from it no lie.

Save for Mako unless you have 3000 crystals. She can stack with Hart and her arts stacks with Juno, so when you get her if you don’t have her already, it’ll work well. Both are incredibly strong and can be used in so much content.
Simon is really just a nuker and is only gonna be used for that. He’s good if you have him but not worth your only pity.

I got stupid lucky I got Simon on the free multi with a gold touch. But dont worry I can't min max him because I have all the dark units except the most important Forte. The game gave me 2 dfens and 2 dkanes but not one forte.

I ended up getting Simon but I don't have the right set up to fully utilize him. I did get his true but I still need a better magic equip and forte. I have dark fen and a couple others to boost him but I lack equipment
His 4* equip form his event is legit farm that and for magic just run true nemesis crow or luahans umbrella
