Most entertaining decluttering video ever. Chuckled so many times because your sense of humor is awesome. That jump scare moment with Carl was epic. He’s so sweet. I’m watching this video twice it was so good! I’ve been through this process before we moved last year after 16 years in one house of raising kids so I related to you a ton but I still got some new tips from you too! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Such a good idea to set yourself a deep clean deadline! It's so easy to get distracted when you're trying to purge stuff 😅

@kyliesmith2735 Right! 😂😂 I have watched her cleaning videos and house tours of this house over and over and over again. So much even my eldest daughter is like "omg not again!" Lmao! I do like their other house but I absolutely LOVE this one! And I am also in Canada so makes it even better lol. But I do genuinely love her personality so much! And that draws me to her as well. I can't wait to see the new place when they do move.
When I struggle to get rid of beautiful things, I think about the awesome chic shopping at Salvation Army wishing she could afford such a COOL thing! The look of excitement on her face is a perfect motivator!

Carl is the best little dude ever. He always makes my heart melt! I did almost fall off the couch when I heard you saying “why do you have so many bottles? Andre, you are bald!” I died! It was great cleaning and purging inspiration for sure!

I just deep cleaned our fridge and freezer and it was crazy how many duplicates we had. Now that we can see everything it’s been so much better.

what i love the most is the realization. decluttering is one thing but the change in behavious (in this case consumerism) is the biggest win. you did fantastic!

No better motivation to purge than a move! I have the hardest time going through my shoes too; it's crazy how attached we get to our shoes! And you'll never see me let go of my luxury handbags!!!

Hello. I don't get to watch much on you tube these days but you popped up this morning. Made me laugh as I've been where you are quite a few times...purging and staging ....I'm sure by now you have sold your place and found another. I hope you love it. Dave and I moved out of the city about 3 years ago...no regrets.. There are so many beautiful places up in the Ottawa area (we have family there) I hope you have found one that speaks to you and checks all the boxes. I wish you well on your new adventure.

A memory box for all those little keepsakes works well! Michaels usually has some cute ones. Then one day in the future after you’ve been adding to it for years you can sit and enjoy going through all those little memories at once.

I tell myself I’ll be done with the upper level by Tuesday… and I’m still working on it on Thursday 🤦🏼♀️ Difference? You managed to pull it all off by Sunday still! You. Are. A. Declutter. Queen!!! 🥰

I am SO super inspired by this declutter game plan. I want to clear out my makeup and vanity area first. The home office will be the hardest, it's my most addicting next to nail stuff so that will be last along with clothes. Oh the purse collection I have yikes. I always have to get rid of 3 to buy a new one ha ha but I do use them! So happy for what's to come for you guys. Inspired!
Ha! I had the same thought about the Fab Fit Fun boxes when I moved. I tossed 99% of everything I got from them.
So fun! I needed the motivation because our apartment needs a deep clean before our vacation!❤❤❤ Also it gives me flashbacks to when I moved all my stuff into our place 7 years ago. It COMPLETELY changed my consumption patterns❤It had me face to face with all the random things I had spent money on. I feel the same is happening for Angie in this video!😅❤😂 I own about 70% less stuff now than before the moved, even if this place is bigger and I love it so much! 100% recommended! So much easier to keep tidy and clean❤❤❤

Yes I’ve been watching for this vlog everyday since you mentioned it on Instagram!!! I’m in the process of trying to get rid of at least 50% of our stuff to make cleaning sooo much more easier and enjoyable but to help with my anxiety cause its been getting worse lately and clutter definitely doesn’t help me at all! I’m just saying if Angie can do it you can to!

Yes it sure does! I’ve already gone through my skincare and the amount I had between 2 9 drawer Inpression Vanity units is well ridiculous lol. It was beyond way to hard to part with skincare as its a huge hobby/interest of mine but I did cut in half and now have one full 9 drawer unit completely empty! Pretty good for my first round. Gonna keep going through it at least 1x a week for a month to cut that by another 50%. Felt so good to make a donation to our local women’s shelter! Gonna start this Sunday and use your exact same game plan.

Have done a few BIG declutters like this and have a professional organizer come help. She is much faster than I could ever do it especially when letting go of memory items or items I inherited but will never use. Great video 😊
