Girona played exceptionally well and were even reminiscent of how we used to play back in the day. A truly embarrassing display though, there’s no passion or anger when we concede anymore, our players just hang their heads and go on about it. If I were the coach I would be furious at this shocking mentality of my players. They have to remember that they play for FC Barcelona and that means to give it their absolute all, every single match. There’s no ferocity, no intensity or that sheer hunger to destroy our opponents and win games anymore. Other clubs used to fear us and for good reason.
I’m so disappointed as a Barça fan now of 14 years and to see these issues not being addressed and fixed, especially at this level of football, it’s completely unacceptable and ridiculous. I need a drink and I don’t drink, goodnight.

Xavi can't read the game, he has no tactics, he's terrible with substitutions, he doesn't have a game plan, he doesn't know his starting eleven yet, he doesn't understand his players individually let alone develop the players' playing style, mentoring , etc. .
