The first part of the video when the tire comes rolling in out of nowhere was the best!
I have driven around 750,000 miles in my life and have never seen a tire and wheel come off, not once.
I'm not sure if I've SEEN it happen, but it DID happen to me once. 74 VW Squareback late at night many years ago. I'm driving along, the car kind of lurches, and I see a trail of sparks in the mirror and my right rear tire passing me and heading into the woods alongside the road. I got the car stopped safely, found the tire, jacked up the car, took one lug bolt off each of the other wheels, and drove home.
I haven't driven quite that much I don't think, but I saw an axle break in half on a passenger car on a regular well paved street in a car right next to me while traffic was doing about 30 and an elderly man was driving with his wife as passenger.. All of a sudden the left rear of their car slumped down and the wheel and tire with about 3 feet of axle attached came spinning and wobbling up into the air right next to my car and I thought it would hit but at the last second just missed as I accelerated away. I looked in my rear view mirror and saw the driver looking absolutely stupefied.
I've seen something like that happen. The clip that held the axle in the differential failed (or was left off), and the axle came loose and axle and wheel were were sticking out about 2 feet. Didn't do much for the fender either.

Back in my college days, I had a flat and changed it. Thumb-tightened the lug bolts, then lowered the jack and drove away without actually tightening said bolts. My car was steering real weird about 3 minutes later, and just as I realized what I'd done, tire came off and kept going down the freeway while I pulled to the shoulder on 3 tires and a brake drum (very old car). CHP was a few cars behind me and grabbed my tire where it had gone into the shoulder a few hundred yards ahead of me. Brought it back and gave it to me, without giving me a ticket. I put it on and drove 30 miles to home. Scraping sounds from bent brake drum had stopped by the time I got there, and my dad never found out.
After watching so many road accidents videos, I noticed one thing. Russians are worst drivers, but when they witness an accident, they stay cool, just mumble out something. But americans are better drivers, but when they see a tiny incident, they scream like little girls.

Hmm... I live in the US and at least once a week I see a truck that has something large like an excavator just sitting on it, not tied down or anything. I can't count the number of times I've seen a full dump truck that the driver was too lazy to take the extra 30 seconds to roll the BUILT IN tarp out to cover the load, spraying rocks all over the road. There's a bridge near me that has been hit by a truck at least once a year since it was installed over 50 years ago. That's not even counting the bad driving things I see, like truck drivers simply deciding they're going to change lanes and everybody on the planet had better get off their road, but then I also see idiots who see a truck with their turn signal on who drive up next to them anyway...

2:15 I'm surprised that doesn't happen more often. In Australia, I very frequently see trucks that are loaded up with hay bales, like that. As in this video, the hay isn't properly secured, it extends higher than the legal maximum height (here it's the height of the cab) and, here, it must be fully enclosed to prevent any pieces from flying off.
