The PS Vita was more than likely a doomed console from the start. From what I remember, that was way too gimmicky and didn't fully last a generation.
Two, maybe three years; with less than a full bookshelf worth of physical games, most of which were just portable versions of popular home console games (Borderlands 2 and Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 are examples I have).

This seems to be a Black Ops staple, considering that in canon order, Woods is the first to be believed to be dead. MW continues that staple. (Though Lewis Howard is technically the first since he survived and later joined Task Force Trident.)

These always feel like lazy writing, especially with zakaeve and woods, the others felt somewhat planned out because they returned in the same game they “died” in. Instead of feeling like the studios went “oh I forgot we killed that guy, un write that real quick!”

Soap is still alive and performing Deadbolt campaign as in current mwz timeline you're seeing

yeah, Сold War is a direct sequel to Black Ops. Cold War 's campaign is set during the early 1980s and taking place between Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops II chronologically

​@@icekingcodI still can't believe that chronologically, a WW2 game is the start of the Black Ops series.
World at War loosely goes into BO 1 (to be fair, we basically had the slow start into the Cold War after WW2); Black Ops Cold War, Black Ops 2; then I'm guessing that it's Black Ops 3 and 4 after that, but further into the future.
