Stan you're an awesome human being. I love the way you love your mom. It's beautiful. I saw the documentary and at times it was tough to watch. However, the story of your people!!!! It is so very interesting. I am into genealogy and the curiosity of people always intrigues me. That tribute song to your mom... it was EVERYTHING. LoVe it. Continue to remain connected to your people and you will be fine. Oh and honestly the food not grown you're not missing anything but garbage. You're on the right path. I'm learning a new way of nutrition myself. After I should have died from Covid and spending 7 days hospitalized AFTER I tried to treat myself at home. I survived and only had nose strip oxygen on low while hospitalized. It was said I may have to go home on oxygen yet I was blessed to not need it. The only reason I may have survived is because my son has to eat a certain way gluten free and all and I prepare his meals yet don't necessarily eat what he eats because of the expense. Yet, I've incorporated some healthy means in my separate cooking. But believe that less animal product is better so I'm eating more fruit & vegs. It upsets me for not knowing how key it really is and how we've been tricked to believe what is junk is real food. Just the opposite. I'm a better person for having gotten a peek at your journey. All the best my dear.
