For the record.. I was late to the party but I said 1700g, WHAT beakers! Nicely done! And MAD respect for the Shreetips(sp) shout out. Again, for the record, Keith Krumpe PhD & Bruce Burnham PhD, UNC-A. (Go Bulldogs) (Go Dad)
Definitely going to give this one a like. Nice work. That is one heck of a yield. I got pounds and pounds of silver with impurities in it if you're really bored. 😁👍⛏️👍
@@VendettaProspecting It would be worth the investment although I wouldn't even know where to begin though. Chemistry and electricity has never been my specialty.
not sure what the minimum is but the more impure silver the quicker the silver nitrate will become over saturated and not work properly. typically ill use sterling silver in gold refining, then drop the silver out using copper and then run it thru the cell. so 95-98%+ to start. ive run just melted sterling silver and it will oversaturate the silver nitrate with copper pretty fast
Another success, nice shout out to Sreetips.👍
You bet
