Or have it from authentic place.its really yummy and healthy. The best thing about Korean restaurant is that, you will find home cooked kinda healthy foods in almost 80 percentage restaurants.

As an Indian, i admire Korean food. Simple, nutritious and delicious. There are comments from fellow Indians who thinks that the spice filled garbages they eat are the tastiest 🤣. Those people should think about why India is the diebetic capital of the world and why average lifespan here is only 60.
