Regarding Cartier WG my understanding is that they don’t polish it to remove scratches but rather re rhodium plate it. This process dosnt remove any gold. I get this done with all of my WG Tiffany jewelry every few years. There is a small charge $100 or so but the items come back looking brand new.
So you can’t clean the white gold with the cloth you have? Also wearing and washing hands will water damage it? And lastly is it okay to wear in the pool or beach. I don’t plan on taking it off that often maybe like shower and bed

They are not hard to clean but u will have to clean them weekly. I am also getting tired of cleaning my diamonds. They get stained by the body oil easily and they dun shine as nicely. To clean it, just use a gentle brush and washing detergent.

No unfortunately it doesn’t work on any other gold but yellow.
It’s totally fine, as it’s a solid gold
