Semi automatic tube sealing machine is used for sealing plastic and laminated tubes like face wash , cream ointment tubes, gel tubes etc.
First the operator put the tubes in the cup and take to heating jaw, first tubes get heated and then sealing is done, once the tube is sealed the operator moves the tube to the trimming and coding jaw ,where the tubes are crimped and alphabets get embossed in the tube. It is pneumatically operated compact low cost tube sealing machine for sealing closing plastic or laminated tubes manually.
