- In This Podcast of ‘Real Talk with Ramsha‘, We have Dr Waseem, who is an MBBS Doctor Certified Fitness Trainer & Specialist in Fitness Nutrition. He is popular on social media for his motivational Podcasts where he inspires people to come closer to Allah.
In this episode, we talked about how to have a healthy lifestyle and avoid taking pills for every little disease that can be cured by making simple lifestyle changes. Dr. Waseem gave some health tips that he himself applies in his routine to stay fit. He explained how Sunnah Lifestyle is the Best Lifestyle for a Human Being.
We also talked about how to overcome anxiety, depression and hopelessness. Dr. Waseem has experienced extreme anxiety in his life, which has now encouraged him to talk about mental health issues in the society and help more and more people who suffer silently.
Ramsha Sultan asked him about impact of Friendships and good company in life and how to cut-off from wrong friends. She also raised the question of Fitnah in today's world and how difficult it is getting to stay away from sins. Dr. Waseem suggested to never loose hope in Allah (God), and keep going back to him no matter how much you have sinned.
This Podcast also discusses about the concept of Rizq in detail. Rizq is not only Money, it's a very broad concept. It also explains How to get Rich? and increase your Rizq multiple-folds.
Towards the end, we talked about Toxic Relatives and how to handle people that interfere in our lives.
Ramsha Sultan raised a very question on Importance of doing Simple Nikah as per Sunnah and the need of the hour to Stop celebrating and promoting Grand Weddings and Traditions in Desi Culture.
Dr. Waseem shared his real life experiences of meeting young adults who want to get married at young age but their parents don't support their decision. He suggested this is leading to increase in relationships outside marriage in our society and why it needs to immediately stop.

We tried looking for proposals for my brother in his mid twenties but no family was ready to accept our proposal because he wasn't well settled and it was really difficult to convince the families and it took 3-4 years before he got married but it is also understandable keeping in view the economic condition of the country and situation that nobody would want their child to get stuck in problems.

I experienced a lot of stress and anxiety. A girl left me, and even a friend filed a harassment complaint against me.
During that difficult time, I turned to Allah for solace. It was a very challenging period for me.
I didn't take any medication; instead, I would lie down and hope that sleep would come. But sleep eluded me. Eventually, I started reciting Surah Kaif and began performing prayers.
Allah made me strong, and I went for Umrah. There, I prayed to Allah, asking not to be dependent on anyone. I entrusted all my matters to Him because only He knew how people had troubled me.
Today, Alhamdulillah, I am very happy. I have realized that the people I was emotionally dependent on and concerned about were not good for me.
I used to be very emotionally weak.
Now, I motivate others. Every Friday, I call the Adhan.
Allah has helped me a lot, and I have become very independent.
Every day, I feel Allah's support with me.
Others now look at me and are inspired to pray.
