I love the style Lucy uses to sing this, it shows her versatility. You are not the only one, Lucie, to be drawn into Lucy’s spell, so many of us love her and are blown away by her talent and beauty.
Lucie, you really have to react to two of Lucy's best: "Always Remember Us This Way" and "Make You Feel My Love." They are in the vein of "At Last." What an incredibly versatile singer she is.
Lucy knows how to impress with her incredible talent. That's why she's my number one singer. I feel exactly like Lucie.
I'm not infatuated with Lucy, but I do definitely love Lucy, like a Grandfather loves his
Granddaughter, and of course who could not love Lucy's voice, and her as a great person and role model

This is the cover that astonishes me the most. How could this teenager transport us back to the 1950s and convey all the feelings of a much older, wizened woman who has finally found love, and all we need to do is close our eyes and listen? Lucy has a universal appeal that applies to all ages, and she has come on the scene when we all need her the most.

As Bruce Lee once said 'Be water my friend', meaning when you spoor water into a pot, it becomes the pot, poor water into glass it becomes the glass. When Lucy sings, she becomes the song, she sings the song with all her heart and soul, she sings with clarity, smooth control, a beautiful softness, and breath control, she checks all the boxes. Those beautiful blue eyes shoot out at you like lazar beams that go through to your soul, her eyes look into yours, while she sings, then you are caught, and you have no choice, but to go down the Lucy Thomas Rabbit hole.

I have run out of superlatives to describe Lucy's beauty, talent and incredible abilities. She is as yet an undiscovered superstar by the sleeping mainstream media. Yet even so, Lucy is the gem glistening among the rubble that inundates us. If I had to choose only one singer to listen to for the rest of my life, it would be Lucy. For the most part, I wouldn't even miss the rest.

Lucy can sing any type of song. From religious songs as " Mary did you know" or " Pie Jesu", to this jazzy, sexy song, through country as " 10000 hours" and rock as " I don't want to miss a thing".

But you should check a couple of her songs that in my opinion are two of the Lucy’s best : The Greatest Live of All, I am sure Witney Houston would be more than proud and pleased, and Wind Beneath My Wings, an absolutely beautiful song and also where Lucy reaches the top of beauty, forget all of the Victoria Secrets angels shows, all those Miss Universe contest..;)

I agree totally.......this one is my favorite of Lucy as well. I've listened to ALL of her songs, but this particular cover of Etta James is very dynamic and cuts right to the soul. I understand everyone has their favorite.......but Yippee!! Evergreen tears me up, too.......jus sayin'.

I don't know what is more fun, Lucy's song or your reaction to it. Lucy has an uncanny ability to work herself into the lyrics and mood of each song (compare this to" Pie Jesu," for instance). She is amazing! What an artist, and this one certainly is a home run - yet again.
