HOW TO COOK NEW MOGODU OR TRIPE RECIPE WITH SLOW COOKER | AFRICAN BEEF MOGODU RECIPE// Having a slow cooker makes it easy to prepare your favorite dishes while you are at work or attending to meeting. We prepared our favorite MOGODU Recipe. It took close to 6 hours to prepare the meal.

Ingredients:
- Beef fresh Mogodu or Tripe
- Rajah Medium
- Ina Paarman Vegetable Spice
- 2 cubes of knorrox beef
- Knorr thick white onion soup and beef soup
- 1 medium onion
- Mixed peppers ( green, yellow and red)
- 1 clove of garden vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons of oil

I love a tripe stew/curry, but tripe is tough needing a pressure cooker, if I did it in a slow cooker I would leave it for 12 hours.
