Okay so I have a question everytime I visit Harv… he’s just standing in front of his photo studio I’m very confused no one is explaining what to do at the beginning
Edit : I heard you needed to reach 3 stars… I reached that but still got no letter from Harv Idk what else to do my game with Harv may be glitched because It’s been (days in game) and Harv still stands outside even though my island is at 3 stars, and kk slider performed at my island several times still no update with Harv :/

You probably need to use his photo studio at least once. I’m not sure tho
okay i have 3 stars and K.K. just visted my island but when I go to Harv's Island its the same and Harriet isn't there and i updated the game so im kinda confused

okay so I was able to figure it out, so just like it said on the video. If you already have Harv’s Island but not the arch that leads to the vendors then go to Harv and talk with him and do a photoshoot. The next day you’ll receive a letter from Harv asking you to visit and once you visit the arch will be there!

For some reason my thing is updated but when ever I go on harvs Island everyday harriet is never doing the different hairstyles!
I’m updated to the latest version, but it won’t update my island, any reason why? I forgot to do the tutorial but I did all of his questions outside.

To be able to unlock and use Harriet's Hair Salon in Animal Crossing New Horizons, you will first need to upgrade Harv's Island. This is easily done, but note that you have to possess a 3 Star Island beforehand. Otherwise, Harv won't send you the letter inviting you to his island.

the second day after meeting harriet she was still sitting down on the log and she won’t open her spot

So bassically if you want to do kaptain , brewster and the shops on harvs island you need 3 stars to get all of them so sorry who people who resseted there islands.
