I sometimes sneak a peek at her solo career, and besides having great looks, her dancing is on point, and her voice is great! That, and she was an old friend of Su's too! It would have been interesting to see them together up until now.

She's doing a metal fry. You use your falsetto chords to make that sound, not your vocal chords, so, if you do it right (it sounded like she does it right) it doesn't affect your vocal chords one bit.
If she's doing the growl correctly (and it sounds like she is) it won't hurt her vocal cords at all, because you don't use them when growling like this. You'd be using your "false vocal cords" instead. See also Jinjer doing "Pisces (Live Session)" for a perfect example of this.

The first time I listened to this I was not really pleased with Momo’s singing. After a few listens , the slower and cutesy delivery has really grown on me. Momo has a very interesting voice and I totally dig this performance.
