Thanks for the rundown...very interesting. My bike is 35 lbs (I'm American) it's essentially a mountain bike...and I can't seem to get my total weight down below 80lbs. (I do have to carry a cpap machine and battery which comes to 9 lbs)...Now I might need to spend more money after seeing your video.
Whatever you start out with, it’s definitely worth spending time trying to whittle down the grams (or ounces!)… your heart,lungs and legs will thank you! 😁👍
