So Ren told his story in a 8 chapter series. Each one does end with a song.
Ren shows part of his stem cell procedure on his "chapters". 1-8. He had his fat cells liposuctioned and processed then fed back to him intravenously. So he used he own stem cells. The problem was he had " no fat". so the doctor had a challenge getting any fat out of him and he had lots of holes from the attempts.

On Ren's second channel RenMakesStuff he has an 8 episode read of his story (called Chapter 1-8) and it's hard to listen at some points, to but incredible. You guys have got to check it out. Some are a little longer so I understand if you don't want to react to it, but please at least watch them. It's such an incredible story and will make you appreciate and love him even more.

I've had 2 allogenic stem cell transplants in the last 6 years for acute myeloid leukaemia, luckily I had a perfect match donor over in Germany on a worldwide register who twice came over to donate. Regardless of how things go for me now, me and my family will forever be grateful to them for saving my life twice and giving me more time, had almost my entire 30's completely wiped out by it with two 1 year + spells in hospital and more than twice that time on top recovering at home.
It's very difficult to find perfect matches for these transplants even with a world wide register, and I'd encourage anyone able to sign up and potentially save a life
Ren was so skinny they had a hard time getting fat cells, they did multiple withdrawal sights.

Ash is absolutely right Dave. Cave in and get that sunscreen on. take it from someone who has reached their 3 score and 10 and spent many years out in the elements when sunscreen was either unheard of or just, "nah don't have time. I am good." Your face will start telling you, 'hey should have listened buddy! ' The snoze now has regular periods of treatment to beat back the melanoma that lurks. I that fails to work in is major surgery. So yeah, get with the program lad. If you lived down under that fair skin would sizzle. Nice reaction. Kia kaha from NZ

The video is entirely filmed in canada. But Wren said in July when he finishes up his treatment in Canada he'll go back to the UK for a month and then he's moving permanently to America!
