- Wow omelet is a popular food cart near IDL lake in Hyderabad serving delicious varieties of omelet. We tried the fluffy omelet which also their best selling dish. Its made out of 4 eggs and the texture is very soft and fluffy and the the chilli garlic masala adds the extra flavour to the omelet. #streetfood #indianstreetfood

No it's not about the idea, it's a good recipe. But he took "fluffy omlette" or "souffle" and squished it, he didn't put any seasoning other than chilli powder, he burned it etc. That's why it's not worth it.
He ruined it tho- he took the idea of a fluffy omelette and then literally removed all the fluffy out of it. it'd be a bad omelette.

This is just a normal 5-6egg omlette without seasoning, toppings, and moreover, he squished it, and it got burnt too 🤣🤣🤣. This should be a lesson on "how not to cook" 🤣

The fluffy Omlette is more like a soufflé, He needed to incorporate shredded cheese in the batter. Give a heavy dose of fresh black pepper. The first put the dices bread and butter at the bottom, let it crisp up and then pour the egg batter. and cover with a hot pan for cooking evenly. Once cooked served immediately while its still fluffy, maybe add some cheese or mayo on the top.
