Hi Dr. Wells, quick question, what assay are you using to detect nitrite? You mentioned adding reagent A & reagent B to observe a color change (red), but it's unclear what these reagents are. (Assuming I didn't miss this). Thanks!

A = sulfanilic acid
B = dimethyl - alpha - napthylamine
