From the Francis Q and A one thing that really impressed me was how closely he was tracking his goalie prospect Kokko over in Europe, briefly breaking down his last two performances. A little thing but it gave me confidence that Francis is very detail oriented regarding this important position.
Or like us, he white knuckles the chair every time Gru tries to block a shot
Oh yeah, he knows what he's doing. I just want to know how days seem to have extra hours for him to do so much 🤔
@@emeraldcityhockey5810 If he has a great assistant who he really listens to and retains information from, that’s just as good in my book. I don’t know how he found time to track Kokko that specifically but however that’s happening it’s great to have a GM who can surprise fans and media with novel information.
Unlike some GMs who surprise fans with how outdated the knowledge base they are working from is…
Matty Beniers is so chill and relaxed compared to Toews that I will think of Matty as Captain Serious: West Coast.
