@@KSapphire8989 it's a short story - I think she only released it in her book 'the bloody chamber', it's a collection of short stories that are mostly dark retellings of fairytales (including two for red Riding hood). I think you might like it. Bloody Chamber is a retelling of Bluebeard. And rest assured the vampires in 'House of Love' are actual vampires not what we've been handed the last decade or so

I will be honest. I did not assume it was vampires, even after the finger lick haha. I was just like--ahh the weird blood-licking trope...but then it was actual vampires. Still a bit surprised that they went for it, actually.

Honestly one of the better releases of the year, managed to subvert my expectations in a way that I didn’t expect! The fact that it’s less of a horror movie and more of a romantic thriller absolutely took me out of left field, the last quarter was a bit diminished but it’s acceptable with the early parts of the film. I give it a very solid 7.5/10

Sean Pertwee adds such a dynamic flow to this zany movie. The amount of intrigued interest I have in his delivery of his character made this movie more delightful

Glad to see thomas playing a vampire character after the legacies series !!! He played a vampire character named Sebastian in the legacies series and i really liked his character in the series ( nd one of the best characterr of legacies series )

My gf and I decided to go to the movies Sunday night. And we watched half of this trailer and decided to watch this one. It was such a pleasant surprise when I found out half way into the movie that it’s about vampires. Kinda wish they make a love action Shiki movie

This film is a bit reminiscent of the musical "Dance of the Vampires", or rather "Dance of the Vampires", when I saw the trailer I immediately remembered it.

I really enjoyed it! The chemistry, the mystery, the horror were all there! I loved the main characters and I think it was a really good vampire horror movie! I wish a little bit more time had been given to the romance to grow and deepen so that Evie could find it somewhat harder to kill Walter! Other than that, I agree with the people who would have liked this movie to be turned into a series.

Omg this movie was the best
This looks awesome and reminds me of a piece from the 1988 movie of waxwork ! Loved that as a kid , although there's no waxes in this in the movie but one of the teenagers that were in a group went into one of the art pieces and a whole group of vampires sat down to eat and she was the only human there other than her fiance that they were eating a piece of at the table 😬 ... he was down in the basement chained up !
