Red Battle Music from Pokemon Legends Arceus made by me! This is not the official OST from the games. I tried to make it sound as close to the games as possible. Enjoy :)
I tried to capture Go Ichinose's style and I think it turned out pretty good. Not my best work honestly, since I didn't really want to work on it anymore. I quickly put the last pieces together and I pretty much rushed some parts. I hope you will enjoy it still!

Imagine if this is what canonically happened to Red after G/S/C, no matter who won on Mt Silver, Arceus recognizes his talent and sends him back to the past for the same quest that your protag takes
Omg, if they delve into ultra warp holes or some other method of dimension/time hopping and just create a utopia of the most talented trainers in the universe, would blow my socks off.
this would singlehandedly make me regain my trust in gamefreak (or nintendo wtv)
He was the one behind the original idea of collecting data on Pokémon and he went out to collect the data before you did but he wasn't heard from again until he heard gossip about a new trainer around town

Imagine this was how Red became so powerful, he got sent to the past by Arceus and has been constantly training against history's greatest trainers as a sort of trial. This red looks to be around teenage years (17-18) so it could be a cool explanation of how he appears in so many different games across timelines. Arceus is trying to mold him into the greatest trainer ever.

As sick as this is, I'm quite proud of Game Freak for toning back the Gen 1 representation. No Red, not a gen 1 starter in sight, and they even gave Pikachu it's old digital cry.
Personally I think they gave Pikachu its original cry due to Pikachu evolving to say it’s name thus becoming more popular in-universe for its cuteness, same with Eevee
Agreed! It also helps that this game proves that not everything we know doesn't start from Kanto alone, like how they explained about the Old Pokeballs were first invented in Hisui.
@@LucarioShirona I don't thonk they were invented in Hisui, they would have mentioned that. Instead, its just a 'new technology' they did bring with them to the region. That is why you can finde them in crates at broken down ships at the coast.
My best bet is still Jotho, being home of the only known person keeping the art alive.
Also, love that pikachu no longer talks. Makes it more uniform, and not so jaring. It was good for Lets Go, but anywhereelse, it was just annoying.
@@dasirrlicht5415 according to Professor Laventon, Pokeballs were a recent invention and the Jublife Village has been around for two years till the Protagonist appeared. When you consider what happened to Kamado and how not everyone in the village are not experianced in catching Pokemon, heavily implies how fairly new Pokeballs marking Hisui as the birthplace of it's creation.
@@LucarioShirona I heavily disagree, being that 'recent invention' does in no way exclude the option that the balls exist for over two years already.
And even if not, I could very well see Laventon be prompted to come to Hisu in order to create his Pokédex because balls have been recently invented, joining up with the Galactics and repurposing the survey corp to focus more on study of mons then just surveying the lands for safe routes and places.
But really, the most damming point of evidence that Balls do not come from Hisui are that A: You can find balls in crates of old shipwrecks on the coast of the other side of the land, which seem not related to Galactic at all. That implies that they where importedsuggesting that crafting them there is not how they started.
And B: If Laventon invented Pokéballs, I am sure he would take a bit more credit for that invention! They are just 'a' recent invention, not 'his' recent invention. If the man had developed the original pokéball, then he would deserve to excersise some bragging rights, I say!
He did invent the first masterball-like, the origin ball, however. And our survey corps college did the construction on that one.
This works so well in the Legends style, really like this one. Nice inclusion of the RBY trainer theme, as well as maybe some other stuff that sounds familiar that I can't put a name to lol.

The other parts you can hear in it are from G/S/C/HG/SS from the champion's theme of Lance and when you face Red himself at Mt.Silver. But i have to agree with you, this piece goes well with Legends: Arceus's style of music.

b.) Red himself, with a "modern/techno" remix and modern-day Pokeballs
Yeah, perhaps Arceus is sending him through all the generations in time to complete the worldwide Pokedex and defeat or just battle the most powerful trainers of that time, sort of like a trial.
Unfortunately 4/6 of his team from Alola isn’t in the game, with only Pikachu and Snorlax left

If they did the same thing they did with Volo and gave him a legendary with two phases to use after you defeated his full team of lvl 80 Pokémon, it’d be the hardest Pokémon battle in history.
Then where would he get the Gen 1 starters?
It’d be cool if we got another “Good character’s ancestor is evil” like we did with Volo
Just having this person be completely mysterious all the way up til the end, then climbing the highest mountain in the region… to see him, his back turned and overlooking the land as he waits
But this isn’t some matter of testing who’s the stronger champion like before, it’s a matter of the region’s safety now
I can see Red's ancestor as a person who used to be a hero of the people, protecting them from wild Pokémon. In the Kanto and Johto region of this time, people and Pokémon aren't exactly friends at this time. Pokémon constantly attack and steal food from people. But there was a hero who would protect people from Pokémon, who was well skilled in combat and knows alot about Pokémon. His name...is Crimson (Red's ancestor). Crimson loves his people and would do anything to keep them safe from danger, and by danger I mean Pokémon. He hates these things btw and the very fact that people think a Pokémon made everything in existence drives him insane.
Before Legends Arceus, Crimson goes to what is now Palette town to meditate and be isolated for awhile. After the events of Legends Arceus however, Crimson returned to society and he sees that everything has changed. People are no longer scared of Pokemon and catch them in what seems to be these wooden balls (pokeballs but Crimson doesn't know what they are since he's been isolated) and have been using Pokémon to benefit society. He didn't really cared and even thought it was about time Pokémon were at the other end of the spectrum. One day Crimson was attacked by wild pokemon and is badly injured. Thinking it was over for him, a wild Charmeleon comes out of no where and attacks the wild pokemon and defends Crimson. After the Charmeleon won the fight, he looks back at Crimson and vanishes into the woods. He couldn't move from the shock of seeing what just happened. How could Pokémon defend him? He thought Humans and Pokémon were not exactly friends. His perspective on things starts to change. He starts to kinda feel bad for Pokémon being mistreated by their new masters. I mean, Pokémon used to terrorize people...but some of these Pokémon seem to be friendly and try to get along with their new masters, they don't deserve that. He continues to see the injustice done to Pokémon at the time. Not just tamed Pokémon, but wild ones too. Wild Pokémon being chased out of their homes, people making their Pokémon stronger by having them battle innocent wild Pokémon, even hunting Pokémon for resources (like Hisuian Electrode's shell for Pokeballs). He's contemplating if he's in the good side, but then he finds a Pokémon being mistreated by people. It's the wild Charmeleon who saved him. Their stomping on it's tail flame and making their pokémon beat up the already beaten up Charmeleon. "I shouldn't interfere, it's non of my business after all. Besides, I don't owe that Pokémon anything. It was their choice to save me" he thought to himself, trying to justify leaving them be. But, the hero in him couldn't just walk away from a being in need. He rushes in and fights off the humans first since he knows tamed Pokémon usually rely on their trainer's commands before acting on their own. It doesn't take long for the people te get the upper hand. So Crimson just books it and hot foot out of there. He eventually loses them. He decides to leave the Charmeleon behind and go on his way. He already repaid the Pokémon's act of kindness to him by saving it, he doesn't owe it anything anymore. He then looks at the Charmeleon and sees it's tail flame is dying out, meaning it's dying. "I-it's dying, I have to-NO! I already saved it, it didn't care for me when I was injured so why should I?....but I wasn't injured that bad, and if I don't care for it it will die, and if it dies my effort was in vain. Damn it!" so he takes care of the Charmeleon until it is well. While doing so, he grew attached to it and they eventually become friends. During the time Crimson was taking care of Charmeleon, he continues to observe people and Pokémon trying to determine which was the good side. He eventually concludes that humans are the problem. Although Pokémon can also be bad, humans were more evil than Pokémon in Crimson's eyes....

Honestly, this makes me hope legends arceus gets a full blown dlc for each region, although I'd rather full games, I feel dlc is more likely unless its gen 9.
I'd imagine the dlcs would start by laventon recommending you to other professors, then you can sail to other places using the dock on prelude beach.
I'm not sure what direction they'll go. It may depend on how successful Arceus is. I feel like it's a market for it's own games.
Supposedly data miners have found evidence for a DLC that would have at least one new area and add roughly 160 previously unavailable Pokemon to the game.

Its amazing how loose of a remix this is yet still reminiscent of the original, similar to the trainer battle theme in Legends. This was an amazing job.

6 months later, but it just occurred to me, when you beat red, he only says the classic line “...” while his eyes are masked by his hat, then he gives a faint smile, because he’s happy there are other worthy trainers in the world and throws a smoke bomb, disappearing, and the trainer is left perplexed, looking around for red

imagine this:
in Pokemon Legends: Celebi, at the end of the game, you go to the top of Mt. Silver. You heard that there's a frenzied pokemon that isn't a noble. As you get to the top, you hear boss music and you see... just a regular farmer. However, he has a pokeball. And not one like you are used to. He presses a little button on it. There's a Pikachu, frenzied, that isn't seemingly going back into the ball. "Please..." the farmer says. Once you quell the frenzy of the Pikachu, then more Pokemon come in like a frenzied eevee that changes between the kanto forms (something Red has in the manga). Then a frenzied Lapras. And finally, a frenzied Charizard that, when it comes out into the battlefield, it's wings blow off the shirt of the farmer to reveal Red's shirt. shown in a cutscene. After this gauntlet of 4 frenzied pokemon battles, the farmer comes up and says "Thanks... I am Red..." and the credits roll for the 2nd time.
That would be awesome! But rather than a farmer, Red would be a wandering Rōnin.

People say Volo was hard but I think Red takes the cake if you fight him before you’re Pokémon reach level 80, which they most likely will be when you find him.
This is really a banger! Integrating the Trainer battle music inside was a pretty cool twist to the usual Red theme.
On a different note, that original Hisuian outfit design looks sick, but imagine encountering him with his original outfit but tattered like Ingo's. That would be even more menacing...
What it would take to weather Red's original outfit, even if he had amnesia...
I never played Legends: Arceus due to lacking the funds to purchase a switch, however... I'm in love with the OST, and you did a very good job on this! Keep it up, my boy!

I think in the DLCs they may legit use "time space distortions" to let us fight Cynthia or Red or whoever. It's a pretty valid concept if you consider this is how we get Porygon (which isnt around until its creation)

I made a backstory for this desing because I love it, this is Red's ancestor, and his name is Shuiro. During the whole game we never get to see his face or see him talk, he only silently agrees to sell us items. But when we go to Mount Silver for the first time he is there waiting for us after the story events and he finally talks to us to challenge us.

It translates to Vermillion, whhhich is also another Pokemon reference.
Vermillion is actually a red dye made from mercury sulfide (aka, Cinnabar, which is ALSO another Pokemon reference).
Wild. It could be beyond-meta. Have him as the one who inevitably founds Vermillion City and discovers the Cinnabar Island.
Literally, they could make him the first ever legit Gym Leader. The first trainer to decide that they were simply too good to battle and beat, so instead, they decided to be a salesman until finally faced with a worthy challenger.
That challenger turns out to be you, and you both start the first League and eventually the Elite Four and competitive circuit overall.
It could even be a situation where a paradox is created if something were to happen to him, since the first games in the series wouldn't happen within that timeline and the world would never know of Pokemon. Perhaps the very first Team Rocket wanted to wipe them out instead, and in the process, their unknown protector: Shuiro.
Maybe the biggest plot-twist of all: his bag contains something akin to the Jewel of Life.

Honestly I think one of the diamond /Pearl movies takes place primarily in ancient-ancient sinnoh and the hero is seen in it but not sure
I'm prettysure the ancient Hero is Alder's ancestor though. Why else would both the Diamon and Pearl clans have portraits of an Alder looking guy if he wasn't the hero that commanded the 10 Pokemon blessed by Almighty Sinnoh?

Same. I made a character that is Red's cousin...and I've been trying to commission a theme for him ever since. His name is Milo...but he insists on being called Black. Black is a up and coming Pokemon Master whose father is the Boss of Team Skull.
If this had actually happened, the fanbase would have been so overrun with Red simps that Ingo would have been completely forgotten.

Red’s ancestors name should be his japanese name, ‘’Satoshi’’. Just think it fits with the whole ‘’japanese’’ vibe going on
Red's Japanese name is still Red.
Satoshi is Ash's Japanese name
Akai would best fit since that's Japanese for Red.
Aoi for Blue. Midori for Green.
Red's Japanese name is just Red, if you want a Japanese translation that makes sense his name should be Akai
Since Red and Blue (the games) were roughly based on Satoshi Tajiri´s experiences as a kid, and Blue was based on Tajiri´s relationship with Shigeru Miyamoto, having Red´s ancestor named after such an important figure would be a very good choice.

Ash and Red while Ash is based on Red are two different characters, otherwise we will have another Blue/Green situation on our hands.
